Our users signup on our website and go into a free trial for 14 days. During that period they get guidance from 1 of our SDRs/CSMs and are added into Pipedrive (CRM). When the user or organization converts to paying customer we change this in Pipedrive to won. (This is not an action by the users, the user receives a quote which needs to be signed). To get a better understanding of our acquisition channels and to optimize our processes we would like to get the data from Pipedrive back in our analytics. What software would you suggest?
